The “Jennifer’s Body” actress recently stripped down to a lacy bra and panties for the latest Emporio Armani ads, which will roll out on billboards in New York, L.A., London, Milan, Rome and Tokyo beginning in July.

Giving engagement another go, Megan Fox has reportedly accepted Brian Austin Green’s second proposal.
According to Us magazine, the former “Beverly Hills 90210″ star got down on one knee on June 1st – with the former “Transformers” star happily accepting.
With the joyous occasion happening during a Hawaiian getaway, a source tells of the scene, “I saw her jumping up and down.”
Making for a bit of a snafu, Miss Fox then reportedly lost her diamond ring, as the insider tells, “Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand.”
And while the engagement’s still on, there never was any luck in finding the 2 karat sparkler, as another Us source adds, “Security and maintenance staff spent a couple of hours looking for it. No one found it.”
This better not be a hoax, how the fuck do you lose an engagement ring right after you received it??
She’s one of the most sought after celebrities in Hollywood, so it’s no wonder Megan Fox keeps her private life under wraps.
Recently chatting with Interview magazine during “Jonah Hex” promotions, she revealed, “In the past, I’ve been reluctant to share any bits of truth about myself or to really let people in on my reality.”
“So I have said some things to throw people off the scent of what’s really going on in my life. So I have sort of aided the media in printing these misconceptions, which I regret.”
As for her dealings with the paparazzi, Megan explained, “I don’t really resent being on the red carpet as much as I do having to deal with the paparazzi. The photographers on the red carpet, that’s their job.”

It looks like Megan Fox might not have been too hard to replace for the upcoming “Transformers 3” film, as another actress has reportedly already been cast for the part.
According to insiders, The Melrose Place hottie Katie Cassidy, daughter of 70s heartthrob David Cassidy, will be assuming the role.
A source told press that Michael Bay was thrilled to be rid of Miss Fox and already had Katie in mind as a replacement.
“Michael worked with Katie on A Nightmare On Elm Street and he sees her as the perfect choice. Megan was unknown when she was cast in the first Transformers and Katie is in that same mold. She even looks a little like Megan — only blonde.”
This would actually be perfect! Katie is a very very sexy woman who will do a great job replacing Megan Fox!

She has always craved the spotlight, and when Heidi Montag heard that Megan Fox was dropped from “Transformers 3,” she became desperate to score the gig.
The “Hills” babe has tried to butter up director Michael Bay via her Twitter account- she tweeted, “Michael Bay I love your work! I know what an artistic brilliant genius you are! Cas me in the next Transformers!”
In related news, Heidi’s dad Bill Montag recently told press he’s very nervous about his daughter’s tumultuous life with her husband Spencer Pratt.
“I’m worried for her. I’m afraid for her life. If I don’t hear from them soon, good or bad, I will take my family and get his family and go there and talk to them. They can call the police on me too. I want to make sure both of them are OK.”

Megan Fox has been dropped from the third Transformers movie after her option for the film was reportedly not renewed.
There was some speculation the actress was dropped for publicly criticizing Michael Bay but Entertainment Weekly reports that the decision was a logical one and not personal.
Yeah…. OK.
The magazine says the decision to drop Fox was due to the direction of the script which reportedly sees Shia LaBeouf’s character with a new love interest.
This is some bullshit! It’s either bring Megan Fox back, fire the writer of the movie, or We refuse to watch Transformers 3!
Celebrating her 24th birthday, Megan Fox was spotted out at the Arc Light Theater in Hollywood last night (May 16).
Joined by her longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green, the “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” hottie looked a bit cranky as she made her exit, despite the fact that it was her special day.
In related news, Megan almost caused a couple to break up while visiting a Starbucks coffeehouse in West Hollywood recently.
A male patron declared, “You are definitely the most gorgeous woman on earth. You’re a perfect 10! I’ve never seen anyone more beautiful than you.”
Then his jealous girlfriend shouted, “Why don’t you just stand on top of her, you’re so close. By the way, you’re not so perfect! Why don’t you admit it – you’ve had a nose job and a boob job, no doubt. Is that right?”
Taken aback by the exchange, Megan said, “I just came here to get a cup of coffee. This is so not worth it!”

The sexy brunette confessed that she’s only ever had two sexual partners- her boyfriend Brian Austin Green and a childhood sweetheart.
She explained:
“I can never have sex with someone that I don’t love, ever. The idea makes me sick. I’ve never even come close to having a one-night stand.”
And when it comes to caring for Green’s son Kassius, Megan says it comes naturally:
“I am a stepmother to the fullest extent. I have looked after Kassius since he was three and he has no memory of life without me. For some reason, no one wants to look at me that way, but I am responsible for him and I’ve never struggled with that, from bedtime stories to the school run.”
Megan Fox is broody.
The actress insists her icy cold persona is a myth, and she’s actually suppressing strong maternal instincts!
Megan says, “No one believes me when I talk about this, but I’m really maternal. I worry that because I’ve always wanted (kids) so much… I won’t be able to have them, even though I would be able to provide them with such an amazing environment.”
