Known to be a bit wild at times, to say the least, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested for being drunk and disorderly in Seaside Heights, New Jersey on Friday (July 30).

With the drama unfolding on the beach alongside JWoww and Deena, the “Jersey Shore” star looked a bit out of control as local officers led her to a nearby squad car after slapping on the cuffs.

Of the situation, a source tells Radar Online, “Snooki was drunk in public.” Surely enough, the feisty brunette was later charged with public drunkenness,

Insiders add that the incident took place shortly after she had lunch with her father, with Miss Polizzi currently in the midst of shooting the third season of her popular MTV reality series.

She burst into tears when Judge Marsha Revel threw a 90-day prison sentence at her, but Lindsay Lohan won’t be in the slammer nearly that long.

According to Sheriff department spokesman Steve Whitmore, the “Mean Girls” actress is expected to serve “about 14 days” at the Century Regional Detention Facility.

Other specific details of LiLo’s incarceration include being housed in a solitary area of the jail. “She will be kept away from general population.”

Attorney Shawn Chapman Holley added that Lindsay “is asking for your prayers and support. She has stepped up and accepted responsibility.”

How the hell did she go from 90 days to 14 days? This is not right, they need to make this shit more clearer!

Seriously is this the only way people in this country make money these days? This is one thing I hate about this country and the greedy people.

With so much good going on in her life, it’s a shame that Kourtney Kardashian is having to deal with a frivolous lawsuit.

According to a Radar Online report, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” babe is being sued by Flowers by Zoe for a whopping $2,331.23.

The lawsuit states, “On or about March 23, 2010, the Defendants [Kourtney and Smooch] became indebted to the Plaintiff [Flowers by Zoe] on an open book account for money due as provided in C.C.P. Section 337a, at the special insistence and request of the Defendants, for credit provided for the purchase of goods, wares, merchandise or services rendered.”

Smooch was Kourtney and her mother Kris Jenner’s kids clothing store, but it went out of business last year.

Back then, Kourtney blogged, “My mom and I opened our children’s clothing boutique Smooch six years ago. My grandmother has had a children’s boutique in La Jolla for 30 years now, and it was always a dream of my mom’s and mine to have a store of our own.”

“I used to work in the store all day, every day, stay hours after closing and was obsessed with it… Smooch was my baby! After thinking about it long and hard, we have decided to close Smooch.”

“This does make me sad, but I also know that I don’t have the time (especially now that I will have my baby boy to take care of) that the store deserves to be the Smooch that was created. It is just not the same without me and my mom there to run it.”

In yet another instance of family-related drama, Kate Gosselin has finally lost her patience with ex-husband Jon and wants primary custody of their eight kids.

According to a source, the “Jon and Kate Plus 8” mommy is worried for her children’s welfare and doesn’t want them spending time with their dad.

“Kate finally just snapped! Jon makes no secret of his boozing, and there have been reports about him using cocaine and marijuana.”

“Jon seems to think having fun and partying is more important than being a good dad. She said, ‘Jon’s behavior sickens me. I’ve had enough!’ She wants primary custody of the kids — NOW!”

I can’t blame ya Kate! You deserve primary custody! I mean what does Jon bring to the table anyway?

Tila Tequila sent fans and police into a flurry after posting hoax comments and a bloody video on Twitter claiming she was attempting suicide.

Los Angeles police scrambled to the reality TV star’s home after her Twitter followers spotted the series of distressing posts and flooded emergency operators with calls for help.

In the posts, Tequila claimed to have been injured by an alleged “second personality” named Jane.

“Jane was just here! She tried to kill me!! Blood everywhere! She slit up my entire body with knives! I’m scared blood everywhere!” Tequila said.

“I told u guys i have multiple personalities. I fell asleep and just woke up with blood cuts everywhere! and everythig is smashed.”

But when police arrived they found the posts had been a hoax and Tequila was uninjured.

The officers then left after issuing the A Shot at Love star a warning scaring her ass.

Afterwards Tequila took  it to twitter again to vent her anger at fans.

“Calm the fuck down! I aint trying to commit no suicide you dumbfucks! Well that’s the last time I will EVER share somethin w/u idiots!”

No further action will be taken against the reality star, a police spokesperson said.

Seriously? She needs to be locked up this chick is so fucked up thinking she actually leads an army she should just take a 6 month break and do something for herself.

Seriously Lindsay?? You can’t stay off alcohol for just a while??

She’s been fitted with an alcohol-detecting SCRAM bracelet to curb her drinking, but it sounds like Lindsay Lohan had a few over the weekend.

According to a report, Judge Marsha Revel will be receiving a report from the bracelet that was set off sometime after the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night.

An insider told press, “The judge will get a report from the SCRAM company and it will detail Lindsay’s alcohol level.”

If LiLo is found to have consumed alcohol, she will be in violation of her probation. And while some sources claim the bracelet malfunctioned, experts insist that’s highly unlikely.

Chace though??

Fresh off of a Mexican getaway, it is being reported that Chace Crawford has been arrested on a drug possession charge.

According to TMZ, the “Gossip Girl” actor was picked up by police early Friday morning (June 4) while in possession of marijuana.

The incident is said to have taken place outside of a local pub in Plano, Texas, with officers finding a misdemeanor worthy amount of green weighing less than 2 ounces.

Since being picked up, Crawford has since bailed out of the slammer while keeping quiet when it comes to press inquiries.
