Paris Hilton was bitch-slapped by the long arm of the law yesterday — after cops say the heiress was trying to pass several cars on Santa Monica Blvd. by using the bike lane.
Paris was pulled over Tuesday afternoon when L.A. County sheriff’s deputies claim they observed Hilton’s black SUV entering the bike lane in an attempt to get around slower cars on the road.
Hilton was cited for “unsafe passing” — and sent along her merry way.

Filing the claims under the RICO statutes, Vier International tells that the two parties were “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less .”

Of the arrest, Pitkin County Sheriffs Office patrol director Jeff Lumsden said in a statement, “Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department.”

The whore babe is reportedly seeking damages from the Web site moejackson.com and its owners for refusing to remove the racy images from their page.
In her lawsuit, Miss Hudgens claims that the pictures were “self-portrait photographs” that were taken in a private residence and were obtained “by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without her knowledge or consent.”

Back in 2001, Tom Cruise sued Michael Davis Sapir for claiming to have a video of the star in a homosexual situation. And now Sapir is suing Cruise for spying on him.
According to a report, Sapir is taking the “Vanilla Sky” stud as well as his attorney Burt Fields and private investigator Anthony Pellicano to court, claiming the trio conspired to spy on him.
The root of the $5 million lawsuit is that Pellicano supposedly illegally wiretapped Sapir’s phone during the 2001 court case.
However, Cruise’s camp says it’s all lies. Bert Fields explained, “The allegations are absolute garbage.”

Adnan Ghalib (37) pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident in October after he hit a process server with his car in February. The public servent was trying to serve Ghalib with a restraining order to keep him away from Britney Spears.
Ghalib was ordered to attend a 52 week anger management program, was ordered to spend 45 days of Caltrans, which is hard labor, and will then be put on 36 months of probation.

A Los Angeles judge dismissed a lawsuit against Miley Cyrus which accused her of discriminating against Asians after she was photographed making ’slant eyes.’ Lucie Kim sued Miley in February after a photo emerged of Miley and friends slanting their eyes.
Kim’s lawyer her under a statute that prohibits businesses from discriminating against minorities. Kim claimed that Miley ’should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which focuses on her private life.’
The judges said he was not convinced Miley had violated a state law protecting citizens from discrimination by businesses. Miley’s lawyers said the Unruh Civil Rights Act, cited by Kim’s attorney, related to access to public accommodation and is not intended to provide redress for racial insults.
Okay so I get it, look we all make fun of other races for fun ok? We get over it so really there is no need to bring in a legal case here. I mean unless Miley goes overboard with this then sure, go ahead.
