Charlie Sheen’s Final Days Of Freedom

Making the most of his last days of freedom, Charlie Sheen ventured out to fuel up his Mercedes in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (June 5).

The “Two and a Half Men” star seemed in quite the cheerful mood, as he shared a laugh with photographers while pumping his sporty ride up with petrol.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Charlie will be in court on Monday (June 7) to enter into a plea bargain and work release plan as long as the judge is willing to accept.

The terms include 30 days of jail time with the possibility of being released in half that based on good behavior.

If all goes well, Charlie will check in at the jail right after the Monday hearing, though the judge can thwart those plans, as Aspen PD spokeswoman Stephanie Desario tells Radar Online, “The judge ultimately decides if he agrees or accepts their arrangement. No one is going to know what is exactly going to happen regarding any plea agreement between Mr. Sheen and the D.A. until 4 pm Monday in the courtroom when the judge makes the decision.”

Charlie Sheen’s Ex- Wifey Pushed & Threatened To Be Killed!

The D.A. in Aspen may call Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife, Denise Richards, to testify about an alleged incident that is eerily similar to the allegations of his current wife, Brooke Mueller.

We’re told the Pitkin County D.A. has had law enforcement in L.A. County contact Richard’s agent and lawyer, about Denise possibly testifying in Charlie Sheen’s criminal case in Aspen. Specifically, sources tell us the D.A. is interested in a declaration Denise signed under penalty of perjury in 2005, when she got a restraining order against the “Two and a Half Men” star.

Richards claimed on December 30, 2005, in the middle of an argument, she was holding their daughter Lola, when Charlie “pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children’s toys and fell on the floor with Lola.”

According to the declaration, Charlie then pointed his finger at her and screamed, “I hope you f–king die, bitch.” Richards says as Charlie was walking out the front door he said “he was going to have me killed. He said you are f–king with the wrong guy.”

Charlie Sheen denied the allegations at the time.

WTF??? That’s so fucked up! I hope he gets the help he needs! This man needs to be stopped!

Charlie Sheen Arrested For Domestic Violence!

Charlie Sheen The dumbass is currently locked up in the Pitkin County jail, with insiders telling that Sheen was arrested for domestic violence against Brooke Mueller aka his wifey.

Of the arrest, Pitkin County Sheriffs Office patrol director Jeff Lumsden said in a statement, “Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department.”

Meanwhile, the actor’s rep, Stan Rosenfield, tells People magazine, “Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.”

Sheen’s arrest comes eight months after Miss Mueller gave birth to twin boys named Max and Bob.
