Producer Rob Fusari is pissed! He talked about how Beyonce ripped of his song that he wrote in the past for Destiny’s Child called Bootylicious!
I came up with the idea to build a track using the guitar riff from Stevie Nicks’ Edge of Seventeen. I really wanted to play the riff from Eye of the Tiger, but I was flipping through my CDs in the studio and I couldn’t find it. But I saw the Stevie Nicks CD and I remembered that the riff was similar.
I figured I’d put the guitar loop on there temporarily, and later go into the studio with a guitar and replay it, because I’d learned, after sampling Stevie Wonder’s I Wish for Will Smith’s Wild Wild West, that I didn’t want to lose 50% of the publishing. I vividly remember telling Mathew Knowles, “Mathew, you got to book me into your studio and let me replay that riff.” It was Guitar 101! One note!
He didn’t want to do it. So 50% got cut for one note. That whole experience was bittersweet for me.
I remember watching Barbara Walters interview Beyoncé about Bootylicious, and she told Barbara about how she came up with the idea for the track. And I was just like, “What?” I called Mathew – which was a big mistake; I got emotional, and I apologized after – but I called Mathew and said, “Mathew, like, why?”
And he explained to me, in a nice way, he said, “People don’t want to hear about Rob Fusari, producer from Livingston, N.J. No offense, but that’s not what sells records. What sells records is people believing that the artist is everything.” And I’m like, “Yeah, I know, Mathew. I understand the game. But come on, I’m trying too. I’m a squirrel trying to get a nut, too.”
That’s really low! I hope Beyonce isn’t using other people’s work to take credit for it!
While she’s riding high off of her record-setting six Grammy wins, Beyonce Knowles has gotten a bit of bad news – as she now finds herself as a defendant in a newly filed lawsuit.
The “Halo” singer and her mother Tina Knowles’ clothing line House of Deréon has been named in a suit filed by Vier International, who claims breach of contract.
According to recent reports, the Hong Kong manufacturer insists that they’ve lost out on $500,000 due to a scheme involving Donna Loren LLC and shippers HJM International.
Filing the claims under the RICO statutes, Vier International tells that the two parties were “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less .”
Exciting we can’t wait! According to GaGadaily Gagaloo is currently shooting the music video for “Telephone” along with Beyonce.
Lady Gaga and Beyoncé will be filming the music video for their latest single “Telephone” today in Los Angeles! The theme of the video is women in prison, and Tyrese Gibson has been chosen as the leading man!
Reportedly, the casting call was looking for a lot of prison inmates and Lady Gaga and Beyoncé body doubles. It’s also rumored that the director is Jonas Åkerlund and the video is a continuation of the “Paparazzi” short film.
We can’t wait until the video finally launches!
Cross your fingers for another GaGa work of art!

Shockingly It’s been reported that Beyonce’s New Years Eve 2010 performance was paid by the terrorist support Gaddafi family.
Scary!
To put out the rumors her team went straight to the website and posted the follow statement below:
The party in St. Bart’s on New Year’s Eve, with Beyoncé in performance, was hosted by Muatsim-Billah Gaddafi, not his brother Moutassim Bilal “Hannibal” Gaddafi, as reported in the press.
Her agents and management firm made the decision to confirm the private performance. The annual party had a long history of booking internationally known artists both American and foreign for events around the world, including Cannes.
Past performers in St. Bart’s have included Timbaland, Enrique Iglesias and Mariah Carey. Guests at this year’s party included singer Usher, former BET CEO Bob Johnson, actress Lindsay Lohan and music industry vets, Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles and L.A. Reid.
Well Well,
Sources tell us that Britney Spears was suppose to sing the song “Telephone” with producer “Dark Child” but it never seemed to work out. So Beyonce gave a call to “Dark Child” the producer from Japan and asked to do it with GaGa.
Who cares? The song sound great with gaga anyways!
