Tom Cruise Sued For Spying! Time To Pay Up!

Back in 2001, Tom Cruise sued Michael Davis Sapir for claiming to have a video of the star in a homosexual situation. And now Sapir is suing Cruise for spying on him.

According to a report, Sapir is taking the “Vanilla Sky” stud as well as his attorney Burt Fields and private investigator Anthony Pellicano to court, claiming the trio conspired to spy on him.

The root of the $5 million lawsuit is that Pellicano supposedly illegally wiretapped Sapir’s phone during the 2001 court case.

However, Cruise’s camp says it’s all lies. Bert Fields explained, “The allegations are absolute garbage.”
